Indian boxer Manju Rani won Silver Medal at AIBA Women World Boxing Championship Ulan –Ude, Russia in 48 Kg and ended her Champaign. Manju Rani secured her place in finals after her remarkable performance in defeating Thailand boxer Chuthamat Raksat with the verdict of 4-1 in 48 Kg but could not able to perform well in finals and in turn defeated by Russia’s Ekaterina Palteva with 1-4.
भारत की मुक्केबाज मंजू रानी ने 48 किग्रा में एआईबीए महिला विश्व मुक्केबाजी चैम्पियनशिप उलन-यूड, रूस में रजत पदक जीता और अपना चैम्पकैश समाप्त किया। मंजू रानी ने 48 किग्रा में 4-1 के फैसले के साथ थाईलैंड की मुक्केबाज छुटम रकत को हराने में अपने उल्लेखनीय प्रदर्शन के बाद फाइनल में अपना स्थान सुरक्षित कर लिया, लेकिन फाइनल में अच्छा प्रदर्शन करने में सक्षम नहीं हो सकी और बदले में रूस के एकातेरिना पल्टेवा से 1-4 से हार गई।
