- MoU Signing: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India (AKFI) and the Bihar State Sports Authority (BSSA).
- Location of MoU Signing: The MoU was signed at the Patliputra Sports Complex, Patna.
