60th National Open Athletics Championships is scheduled to be held at J.N. Stadium, Hanamkonda, Warangal (Telangana) from 15-19 September 2021 and will be organized by Telangana Athletics Association.
Eligibility Details
- The teams representing the “Affiliated State/UT Athletics Associations” and “Affiliated Sports Boards/Institutions” will enter the competition.
- Each State/Board can enter up to a maximum of three athletes in each event
- An athlete can enter two individual events and two Relay events.
- Each State/Board can enter a maximum of one team in each Relay event. Four athletes can enter in each relay event in this Competition; however, they must have achieved the entry standard in their respective event.
- The athletes who meet the Entry Standards will only be allowed to enter the Competition. This is the responsibility of the State Units/Boards/Institutions to send only those athletes who meet the entry standards.
Registration:
The entries should be submitted “ONLINE” on AFI Website by the Affiliated States/UT/ Boards/Institutions from 27th August to 8th September 2021. Entries sent by the mode other than “ONLINE” will not be accepted. It should also be noted that athletes with AFI UID can only participate.
Entry Fee
Entry Fee of INR 1000/- per event per athlete will have to be paid online along with the entry. The last date for receipt of entries is 8th September 2021. The entry fee for each Relay Event is also INR 1000/-. In no case, entries after the target date will be entertained.
Boarding & Lodging:
Boarding, Lodging & Local Transport facilities to participating athletes will not be provided by the Athletics Federation of India or Organizing State. Athletes will therefore have to make their own arrangements in this regard.
