The Third Edition of Khelo India Youth Games was successfully conducted from 10-22 Jan 2020 in Guwahati Assam. Maharastra secured the First position, Haryana Secured Second Position, and Delhi Secured third position. In KIYG 2019 Maharastra was in the first position after securing 76 Gold, 57 Silver and 67 Bronze Medals. In KIYG 2020 also Maharastra was in the first position after securing 78 Gold, 77 Silver and 101 Bronze Medals. The medal tally is as under;
